Sinofn do a forced swimming test in mice and the result is positive.

The forced swimming test was conducted using 40 male CD-1 mice aged 6-8 weeks. The Morris water maze was utilized to induce post-swimming fatigue in the animals, thereby evaluating the anti-fatigue effects of GenoVive™ Ultra Concentrated Jujube Extract. The experiment included the following groups: model group and three GenoVive™ groups (2.2, 6.7, and 20.0 ml/kg). The animals were orally administered the corresponding doses of the test substance once daily for 2 weeks. Sixty minutes after the final administration, the mice were placed in a swimming tank (50 × 50 × 40 cm, water depth 15 cm, temperature 25 ± 1.0°C) for swimming. The criteria for swimming were defined as forelimb paddling and an "S"-shaped tail movement. The cumulative swimming time within 30 minutes was recorded. No deaths occurred in any group during the 30-minute test. The swimming times in the 6.7 ml/kg and 20.0 ml/kg GenoVive™ Ultra Concentrated Jujube Extract groups showed statistically significant differences compared to the model group.
