Infant PKU Medical Nutrition Formula | Phenylalanine-Free Formula

This Infant PKU Medical Nutrition Formula is specially developed for infants aged 0–12 months with Phenylketonuria (PKU). As a phenylalanine-controlled amino acid-based medical nutrition formula, it provides essential and non-essential amino acids without added phenylalanine to support dietary management of PKU. Residual phenylalanine is controlled at not more than 40 mg per 100 g.

    Preparation & Storage Instructions

    Reconstitution Method

    Use the dedicated scoop provided with the product for accurate measurement. Mix 3 level scoops (approximately 13.2 g) of formula powder with 92 mL of warm water (45–50°C) to prepare approximately 100 mL of standard reconstituted formula.

    Preparation steps:

    1. Wash hands and prepare a clean, sterilized feeding bottle or container.
    2. Add the required amount of warm water (45–50°C) into the sterilized container.
    3. Measure the recommended amount of formula powder using the provided scoop.
    4. Add the powder into the water and mix thoroughly.
    5. Stir until the formula is fully dissolved and forms a uniform solution.

    Check the temperature before feeding. Any unused reconstituted formula should be discarded and should not be stored for later use.
